*Due to the fragility of glass tubes, we accept returns of glass tubes only if they are defective or were damaged in transit. If you are not satisfied with your order within 30 days of receipt of shipment, ELEDLights will issue you a full refund. Our warranties cover only the product itself and not any labor required to install or remove the product, unless specifically noted.ĭuring the first year, shipping on both the defective part and the replacement are free.
